Top portion is more shiny brass and base portion has a brushed darker antique brass finish.
Arm has 2 hinge points so it’s adjustable to many configurations.

Base 6” diameter

Height 12” when arm is horizontal and max pointed height straight up is 17.5” excluding bulb.

Has its original underwriters stickers , some tarnished spots , plastic cover is damaged.
